Adults only — verified
PlayParlor is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Date of birth is required at registration, and age-assurance checks apply where the law of your jurisdiction requires them. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is suspended immediately and investigated.
Consent is the house rule
Everything here is between consenting adults — every interaction, every photo, every meeting. “No” is a complete sentence. Pressuring, coercing, or harassing another member after they decline is grounds for permanent removal.
Zero tolerance: exploitation and trafficking
PlayParlor prohibits prostitution, commercial sexual services, sex trafficking, and any facilitation of them, in line with FOSTA-SESTA, the Mann Act, and 18 U.S.C. §1591. The platform is for personal, non-commercial connections between adults. Violations are reported to law enforcement.
Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material
Any apparent CSAM is preserved as evidence, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A, and the account is terminated. Report any underage concern immediately — it is the highest-priority queue in our moderation system.
Non-consensual sharing is a violation
Sharing another person’s images without their consent — including screenshots of profiles, galleries, or messages — violates our terms and may violate law. Secret galleries are personal grants of trust; treat them that way.
Your safety tools
Every profile, photo, and message can be reported (spam, harassment, fraud, underage concern, illegal content). Reports are triaged by risk, with critical categories reviewed first. Blocking is immediate and mutual: a blocked member cannot see, find, or contact you.
Your data rights
Under GDPR and CCPA you can access, export, correct, and erase your data. Export is self-serve (Settings → Export my data). Deletion is one click, with permanent erasure after 30 days. We retain audit logs for 12 months for security and legal compliance.
Cooperation with law enforcement
We respond to valid legal process. Where the law compels disclosure, we disclose the minimum required, and we notify affected members unless legally barred from doing so.
Your agreement
Membership requires acceptance of the User Agreement at registration; we record the version, timestamp, and IP of your acceptance. The current version is v2026-06-01. Material changes require fresh acceptance.
Emergency? Contact local law enforcement first. To reach the safety team, use the report function on any profile or message — “underage concerns” and “illegal content” are read around the clock.
