Copyright & DMCA Policy

How to report copyright infringement and how removals and counter-notices work.

Respect copyright

Only upload content you own or have the right to share. Posting someone else’s photos, video, or writing without permission may infringe copyright and also violates our Community Guidelines.

Report infringement (takedown notice)

If you own a copyright and believe your work was posted here without authorisation, send a notice to our designated agent including: (1) your signature (physical or electronic); (2) identification of the work; (3) the URL/location of the infringing material; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act. We remove or disable properly-noticed material promptly.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed in error; and your consent to jurisdiction and to accept service. We may restore the material as permitted by law if the complainant does not pursue the matter.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated. We keep records of notices to enforce this policy.

Designated agent

Send DMCA notices to the copyright agent at [email protected]. (For a US DMCA safe-harbor filing, this agent should also be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on the safe harbor.) Notices that are false or abusive may incur liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

Non-consensual sharing of intimate images is handled as an urgent safety matter, not just a copyright one — report it via any profile or message, or see the Legal & Safety page.

Designated copyright agent: [email protected].
